You’ll be automatically updated on any new features and functions released, and as a Benojo Charity admin, we’ll train you and any fellow admins on the platform - it's all included!
Premium Support offers you a higher level of support through direct access to your very own dedicated technical support account manager, and priority response times for a faster resolution.
Offering you a closer, more collaborative service, we get to know you and your charity, holding your hand and helping you one-on-one to address your evolving organisational needs. Not sure how to set up your Benojo profile, fundraising campaign, Stripe account or payroll giving? Need specific data, reports or analysis?
