Supporting our community of users is a top priority at Benojo so we offer plans to suit every need.
Every user gets access to our Standard Support plan. You can call, email or use chat to ask our support team "how do I…?" and we’ll tell you how, or direct you to the information you need. You’ll be automatically updated on any new features and functions released, and as a Benojo Charity admin, we’ll train you and any fellow admins on the platform - it's all included!
Our annual Premium Support plan offers you a higher level of support through direct access to your very own dedicated technical support account manager, and priority response times for a faster resolution.
Offering you a closer, more collaborative service, we get to know you and your charity, holding your hand and helping you one-on-one to address your evolving organisational needs. Not sure how to set up your Benojo profile, fundraising campaign, Stripe account or payroll giving? Need specific data, reports or analysis? We'll show you how, because we’re there for you every step of the way.
Brain Bar Sessions
These 60-90 minute 1-on-1 training sessions help you get to grips with specific platform functionality, understand best practice of our technology, and get the most out of our newest features.
Want to do more, but don’t have the time, resources or expertise in-house? Need just an hour here, or a week there? Let us help. Our bureau service is designed to be there how, as and when you need it. Fully tailored to your needs, we can work in-house with you or external, and get to know your organisation, adding maturity – or simply resources – to your supporter programs.
